Kweli was a Consultant and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group. During his tenure there, Kweli provided strategy and organizational change support to Fortune 500 companies. His other professional experience includes being the National Director of Strategy and Development for the Summer Search Foundation and working at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a Fixed Income Analyst.
Kweli received his his M.Phil. in International Development Studies/Economics from Queen Elizabeth House, Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar and his A.B. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Harvard University in Anthropology and Social Studies.
Ken began his collaboration with the Cue Group in 2006, focusing on strategy, training and organizational development. Prior to joining the Cue Group, Ken was the Chief Operating Officer and 4XL Program Director for Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a non-profit organization, whose mission is to increase the presence of minorities in leading entry-level business careers and major graduate business schools as preparation for leadership positions in corporations, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. In his role at MLT, Ken was responsible for growing the organization ten-fold over 4 years.
Prior to joining MLT, Ken worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors both domestically and internationally. Ken sits on a number of non-profit boards nationally and in New York City. He received his Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. Ken loves sports, travel, wine tasting, photography and spending time with his family.
Melissa joined the Cue Group in 2008 offering expertise in communications strategy, marketing support and brand management. Melissa worked as an Associate at Burson Marsteller in the brand marketing practice group. During her time there, Melissa provided communications, media relations and brand development & positioning support to Fortune 500 companies. Melissa has also overseen internal communications, trend forecasting and business strategy for a handful of North American luxury fashion brands and retail stores.
Melissa holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations and Communications from Humber College (Toronto, ON Canada) and received her B.A.H. from Queen’s University (Kingston, ON Canada) in Political Science.
